Which payment methods do you accept?

You may pay by debit/credit card through an invoice.

Do we pick up the trailer?

Yes! Once you have paid your invoice, you will get an email with instructions on pick-up/drop-off.

What is your policy for damaged products?

When the trailer is returned, we will go through and check everything. The deposit given not only secures your date, but also to ensure that nothing is missing, broken, or items are not loaded correctly. Deposit will be refunded back to you if everything checks out after we inspect trailers.

How do I know how trailers should be loaded?

There will be laminated pictures of each item and how trailers are organized in a binder attached to each trailer. 

What happens if I wreck the trailer?

You will immediately call the police and us. This is a case-by-case basis and will be handled depending on the situation. 

Do you deliver?

If you are not able to pull a trailer we will deliver depending on the distance. Please reach out to us for a delivery quote.
